This family business is your neighbor near Fishhawk Lake–a real find! They are an unusual cleaning business as they do BOTH residential and commercial. The Tates,Kelee and her daughter, Theressa have owned and operated A-1 Service for five years and are located about 17 quick minutes away from Fishhawk Lake.   

They are reasonably priced, quite efficient, A-1 Service continues to study the newest green products in the industry to create cleanliness without chemicals. I for one applaud that, because I have dogs, a cat and a Go Green attitude! The products they use are also used in hospitals…topnotch.

They’ve cleaned our enormous lakefront home (6200+ sq. ft.) at Fishhawk Lake since we bought it 7 months ago. They come in with their daughter and whip through this house in only two hours.  I am thrilled with how detail-oriented they are and Ron has a method of cleaning your carpets that’s quick and leaves them close to dry immediately (with no chemicals). We also have beautiful real wood flooring that we were concerned about since we have Golden Retrievers and they ARE rambunctious. He makes them shine, and buffs them and and and…

They are willing to go  into Vernonia  and would like to expand their business there. A-1 Service does homes and commercial properties at the Coast as well. They painted a property in Manzanita for a very picky client whose home ended up being featured in Better Homes and Gardens. Kudos to A-1 Service!
