Getting a call from an appraiser for Oregon real estate here at Fishhawk Lake is a welcome one. It means that they need help and they figure I can assist with that. That’s a nice feeling and it makes their job easier because I’m able to answer most questions they throw at me.
I even help them when they’re doing a refinance for someone who’s not a buyer/seller of mine. It comes back. The appraiser who worked on the home above, came in right at full price and there were no more “conditions”…but he DID call me first and ask questions.
